The German Chancellor Angela Merkel has said the world is waiting for answers from the Kremlin after scientists say they've proved that the opposition campaigner Alexei Navalny was poisoned with a Novichok nerve agent. Mrs.Merkle told journalists that only the Russian government could explain how Mr.Navalny  fell ill last month.
